We are proud to offer affordable housing options in Traverse City, MI. We’ve partnered with a nearby apartment complex, Liv Arbors Traverse City. The apartments are dorm-style living, with loft beds and desk and drawer space underneath. Apartments are spacious with a living and kitchen area, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in each unit. Amenities include a sparkling outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickle ball courts, fire pit area, grilling area, walking trails, and much more! Rent includes utilities and ranges between $500-$750 depending on your needs.
